This year we are expecting only one foal. We did not breed any mares as we were saving to purchase our stallion and concerned about the market. We purchased a mare that was delivered with Basic Black in foal to him. We will be breeding four of our mares with him spring 2010, and a number of outside mares.
Mystery had two foals for Janzen's crossed on a half brother to Basic Black and the foals were very nice. See her 2008 foal here, and see her 2009 foal here. Mystery is due to foal in June 2010. We anticiapate this cross to be outstanding.
